Shipping policy

While we keep an eye on the weather and take as many precautions as possible, unfortunately we cannot control the variations in temperature. Therefore please be advised that if you do order chocolate to be shipped during warmer weather that you do so at your own risk and there will not be any refunds or returns for melted product.

Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days of the order being placed, however this timeframe may be extended during certain holidays.

All orders are shipped with a tracking number which will be emailed to you once your order has dispatched.
